Hello Grace and Truth!
I would like to share a few thoughts with you today regarding the current climate in our nation. We have seen the rise of ungodly leaders in our land. Though many have been in office for awhile, the rise of wickedness is on full display. This evil that normally would be challenged, has been given a free pass and allowed to breed. Evil begets evil! I see the restraining power of the Holy Spirit being removed as America is being judged. There are many Biblical signs that point to this that we will explore in our series later on. I know these things must come to pass. This pains me to say it, because I have always loved my country! Our nation has embraced many practices that are an abomination to the Lord. These practices, along with the rejection of Our Creator and Savior Jesus Christ, will cause God to turn us over to our wicked ways. Romans chapter one tells us that. Evil will be praised and righteousness will be hated. Our land is being brought down to a subjugated piece of property controlled by outside influences. This sets the stage for one leader to rule over all the lands, Antichrist!

The level of hatred and disdain for those who do not think like the immoral progressive globalist is purely satanic. It reminds me of the hatred found in Revelation 13 with the Antichrist towards the saints.

Revelation 13:5-7; “And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.” I am not saying we are living out Revelation 13, but what I am saying is that Revelation 13 is a picture of the hatred towards those who do not bow down to the world's system.

With all of this, I believe the church has an important role to play. One role will be the preparation of the church to be ready for Jesus' return. The other will be to teach the world about Jesus and see many come to the faith. This will take a strong stand in righteousness and in determination as we will be in opposition to such evil.

2 Timothy 1:6-8 “Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God”
